Behind The Bench
Independent, locally owned, and proudly serving the Reno tech community for over a decade.
Built In Reno, For Reno
We aren't a faceless corporate franchise or a shipping-box depot. We are a locally owned and operated repair command center right here at 1300 E Plumb Ln.
For over 10 years, we’ve watched big-box repair chains overcharge, slow down turnaround times, and treat customer devices like assembly-line numbers. We built our shop to be different: fast, transparent, and hyper-focused on precision hardware and software recovery.
Our Operating Principles

100% Independent
Your devices stay right here in our Reno shop. We handle your tech with personal accountability from intake to final handoff.
-

No Hidden Fees
Clear pricing, honest diagnostics, and upfront communication. If a repair isn't worth doing or is outside our scope, we’ll tell you straight.
-

Over A Decade Strong
10+ years of hands-on evolution. From smartphones and laptops to custom builds and consoles, we stay ahead of the hardware curve.
